We have already tied up our services with BLUE DART , DELHIVERY, FEDEX , ARAMEX, DOTZOT, INDIA POST for deliveries in INDIA and we entered into an agreement with DHL & fedex for international deliveries.

Our team will pack your order in a plastic bag, tamper-proof. We do not provide any indication of the website or the name of the product on packaging box. It provides complete privacy of your item and safeguards the packaging and quality of the order. The entire service is free of cost.
To keep your privacy intact, we are not going to mention Muktiayurveda.com on package anywhere. The name of the sender, along with the address will be of Mukti Ayurveda.
We ensure to deliver all our products on time. However, please remember that sometimes, some products might not be processed, and can be cancelled. The reasons might include quantity limitations for inaccuracy, purchase or product errors, error in stock and pricing information, or maybe some problems, as identified by operation department.
Our customer support team will inform the customers as soon as possible, if the order gets cancelled. If the order gets cancelled after charging from your credit card, we will return back the same amount to your account.
Cancellation by the customer
You should contact our service team if you want to cancel any order. We can only cancel any order before it is shipped. In case, the order is already shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

Replacement / Exchange policy
In case, you are not satisfied with any product, you can call us for replacement. We can replacements of certain products within a time of 3 days:
- In any unlikely event, when you receive a product from us, which is not in a good condition, or the delivered product is not what you have asked for, you might return the item unused. You have to provide the original invoice and in the exact condition, you have received it with original packaging and tags. You have to return the product within four days of your received date.
- Avoid accepting any delivery whose exterior packaging is tampered with or damaged in any manner. You have to contact customer care in case; you face any such problem.
- Products, which are damaged while using, are not accepted for replacement.
- For some hygienic reason, we will not be able to replace following products: contraceptives, briefs, inner wear, night wear, lingerie, cosmetics, apparels, lotions, oils, oils, potions, medical equipment, creams and any other form of personal items.
- We will not be able to accept returns in case; the products have already tampered from your side.
- If we are not able to replace any defective product, we will refund the money and shipping charges.
- If the item comes with a manufacturer warranty, customers need to contact the manufacturing unit directly and follow their replacement policy.
Product not to your liking
We are NOT going to accept exchanges or replacements for products, which are not to your liking. Most of these products are personal in nature, and we encourage you to ask any queries at firstname.lastname@example.org, or through our customer care number, before confirming any order.
Mode of return
You are cordially invited to contact our customer care unit within a time span of 3 days after receiving product requesting for an exchange or replacement. The following norms mentioned above must be followed. After the customer care agrees to process the exchange, the customer must return the product with invoice, in an unused condition and in its original packaging. You must mention some of the products, which you have planned to replace or exchange through courier to below mentioned address. You must provide us with details of packaging and documents, while planning for an exchange or replacement.
