Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days after receiving the order in the following situations:

  • The product delivered is damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item in your order.
  • The product received is expired or close to expiry.
  • The price charged is higher than the printed MRP.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must not be used or consumed.
  • It should be returned in the original packaging with labels and seals intact.
  • All accessories, invoices, and packaging materials should be included.

Note: Products that require controlled temperature or special storage conditions cannot be returned once delivered.

Seller Fulfilled Products

Certain items available on our website may be shipped directly by the manufacturer or an authorized seller. For such products, the return request will be coordinated with the respective seller.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Orders that have not yet been packed or dispatched can be cancelled and will receive a full refund.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible and the return policy will apply instead.

Items Damaged During Delivery

We ensure that every product is securely packed before shipping. However, if the parcel arrives damaged during transit:

  • Please refuse to accept the package from the delivery partner.
  • Inform our support team immediately with your order details.
  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
