At Mukti Ayurveda, we are committed to delivering your wellness products safely and efficiently. Our team works hard to ensure every order is processed quickly and shipped through trusted delivery networks so that you receive your products without hassle.
Below are the important details regarding our order processing, shipping, cancellations, and returns.
1. Our Courier Network
- To provide reliable nationwide delivery, Mukti Ayurveda collaborates with well-known logistics providers such as Blue Dart, Aramex, FedEx, First Flight Couriers, and Delhivery.
- These courier services help us deliver products securely across most locations in India.
2. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping Offer
Customers placing orders with a cart value of ₹500 or above are eligible for free shipping anywhere within India.
Orders Below ₹500
If the order value is less than ₹500, a small delivery fee may apply. The shipping charge may vary depending on whether the delivery location falls under an urban or rural service area.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch
- All orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
- During festive seasons, promotions, or heavy order volumes, dispatch times may take slightly longer than usual.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor the delivery status.
4. Delivery Areas & Limitations
- While we aim to reach as many customers as possible, there are a few delivery limitations:
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses or military locations.
- Some remote or rural regions may require extra transit time depending on courier availability.
- Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on the destination.
5. Order Cancellation
Cancellation by Customer
Customers who wish to cancel their order should contact us as soon as possible via email.
Please note:
If the order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
For certain time-sensitive or perishable items, cancellation may still be requested but applicable product charges may apply.
Cancellation by Mukti Ayurveda
In rare situations, Mukti Ayurveda may cancel an order if:
- A product was listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error.
- There are unexpected stock or operational issues.
- If this happens, the customer will be notified immediately and a full refund will be processed.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
To ensure successful delivery, customers should provide complete and accurate shipping information.
If delivery fails due to reasons such as:
- Incorrect address
- Missing contact details
- Recipient unavailable at the location
Any additional shipping charges for re-delivery may need to be paid by the customer.
7. Replacement & Refund Policy
We take great care while packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if any issue occurs, we will gladly assist you.
You may request a replacement or refund in the following situations:
- The product arrives damaged during transit
- The item has a manufacturing defect
- You receive a different product from what was ordered
Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
Your request will be considered if:
- It is made within 5 days of receiving the order, and
- The product meets the conditions mentioned above.
If the package appears damaged or leaking at the time of delivery, we recommend refusing the shipment and returning it to the courier immediately.
Products that have already been accepted cannot usually be returned unless they meet the valid conditions mentioned above.
8. How to Request a Replacement or Refund
To raise a request:

- Include your Order Number and details about the issue.
- Attach photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.
- Please wait for confirmation from Mukti Ayurveda before sending any product back.
9. Out-of-Stock Replacement Items
If a replacement item is unavailable:
We may suggest similar alternative products.
The final decision will always be taken based on the customer’s preference.
If the product cannot be replaced and payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.
10. Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are usually delivered within 2–7 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier partner.
If the customer is not reachable or unavailable at the delivery address, Mukti Ayurveda reserves the right to cancel the order.
11. Delays Beyond Our Control
While we strive for timely delivery, certain situations beyond our control may affect shipping schedules, such as:
- Transportation or logistics disruptions
- Extreme weather conditions
- Strikes or local restrictions
- Natural disasters or unforeseen events
In such cases, we will make every effort to notify customers through their registered email address or phone number.
